Our newly formed Talent team has a vacancy for a Resourcing Partner on a permanent basis. By bringing all elements of the talent journey together (Attraction, Acquisition, Development and Employer Brand), we are seeking to sharpen our focus on growing and hiring the most exceptional individuals to drive high performance at Harrods for the future. This role will be partnering Marketing & Partnerships, Creative, Marcomms and Store Operations & Services who are based across our Knightsbridge, Hammersmith and City Road locations. This role is a vital part of the people planning and delivery for those areas and the individual will play a key part in finding and retaining top talent for the business.
About the Role
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, you will have one direct report who will support you in your recruitment activity. Driving the talent agenda for your business areas you will be a true partner to these departments in finding the best talent both internally and externally and leading the way with best practice and recruitment experience . Your work will underpin the businesses people plan ensuring a seamless support service and offering consultative guidance at every step. You will focus on the requirements for now and also look to ensure that we are future ready, establishing Harrods as an employer of choice for your relevant candidate pools.
A large part of your role will be Recruiting, but also you will confidently lead and take part in projects to improve our ways of working, processes and tools used.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Using data to understand the picture of recruitment and retention in your areas and tailor your efforts accordingly
- Partnering with other parts of HR to offer a comprehensive support service to your senior stakeholders
- Persuade and influence hiring managers to ensure we are offering a best in class candidate experience whilst sharing the true spirit of Harrods
- Marketing roles and selling the employee experience bringing to life real examples from across the business
About You
You will have demonstrable experience in Recruitment from an in house perspective, having partnered previously you will be a confident individual who can present compelling evidence to influence hiring decisions. You will be able to work efficiently, maintaining pace whilst also ensuring smooth and clear communication at every step, cementing relationships and building a good level of confidence in the service. Balancing different activities alongside each other, you will be exceptionally well organised and have a passion for now.
