We are looking for a Loyalty Project Coordinator to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will support the Loyalty Operations Manager in the delivery of key Loyalty projects, including programme changes, benefit updates and programme functionality, across their entire lifecycle, from Discovery through to Closure.

About The Role

As the Loyalty Project Coordinator you will deliver small to medium projects, enhancements and activities, and be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

You will also;

  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that arise during project execution
  • Provide and update Critical paths for development projects for the Loyalty Operations Manager
  • Perform data entry and analysis on project financials to enable accurate reporting and effective decision making
  • Track project against governance measures, communicating improvements/ status as requested
  • Communicate internally on progress of projects and key happenings from other stakeholders into our business

About You

As the Loyalty Project Coordinator you will have previous experience in project management process and exposure to PMO governance. You will also have previous experience in supporting activities that drive effective project and resource planning.

You will have the following;

  • Excellent time management with ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to pay attention to details and ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards is critical
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in loyalty is desirable but not essential
