Supervisor

Our team is looking for a Supervisor to join our Harrods store at Heathrow, where you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for visitors from around the world. They’re a friendly, supportive team that shares the pressures, but don’t underestimate the challenges. This is a fast-paced environment with plenty of exciting demands.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the management team with the daily opening and closing routines for your terminal. This includes keyholding responsibilities and overseeing the smooth running of team operations throughout each shift. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation. Strong leadership skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

You will also:

• Conduct regular floor walks with the Sales Manager to monitor standards and performance.
• Support ongoing team development through effective training.
• Take responsibility for operational control of the floor, including sale setup and takedown and staff deployment as directed by the Retail Manager.
• Monitor productivity targets and financial KPIs for each team member.
• Support all compliance requirements, including inventory management, while overseeing replenishment to maintain exceptional service levels for all customers.

About You

You will be a confident and organised leader who communicates clearly, stays composed under pressure and brings a strong customer focus to everything you do. You work well within a team, are comfortable taking responsibility for key operational tasks, and draw on previous retail or supervisory experience to deliver high standards on the shop floor.

You will also be:

• A person of integrity and trust, particularly when handling key responsibilities.
• Consistent in your performance, meeting standards and KPIs.
• A strong team player who supports a positive and productive team culture.

Please note, due to the location of this role, all successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass.  

Due to the current demand on the Airport ID unit, new airside pass applications are currently taking approximately 5 months from point of application. Further details regarding timeframes will be provided at interview stage.
